Viscoelastic PU Foam System – For Memory Pillow & Cushion Molding

Viscoelastic PU foam system is engineered for memory pillow and cushion molding, offering pressure relief and slow rebound. Used in bedding and healthcare, it enhances comfort and supports ergonomic product development.

JOEUNOL 8383 is a system polyol and JOEUNOL 9312 is a additive for cell opening. JOEUNIS 1102 is a modified MDI.

Properties

The foam made from AIL's system is cured quickly, not sticky,not sensitive to temperature and has no bad odor.

Main usages are pillow,toy,mattress,chair cushion,lumbar support and bed back support etc.

Storage

AIL's LR systems are hygroscopic and absorption of moisture would affect system reactivity and physical properties of the resulting polymer. The material should be stored in sealed containers and in dry conditions, away from direct sources of heat. The recommended storage temperature is between 20 ~ 35°C.

Handling Precautions

Normal standards of industrial hygiene should be observed when handling AIL's LR systems. suitable protective clothing and eye protection must be worn to avoid unnecessary contacts and accidental ingestion. In case of eye contact, seek medical attention.

Fire & Explosion Hazards

AIL's LR systems are not readily ignited, but like most organic materials, it will burn when involved in a fire.
