Gas Alarm Calibration Chamber – Portable Test Enclosure for Sensor Accuracy Verification

Equipment Function：

The equipment isintended for gas alarm or Carbon monoxide alarm testing and calibration in massproduction in advantage of its big volume. The equipment provides a sealed stainless-steelchamber with glass door for monitoring alarm status. The special designed bigopen door can close and secure easily without gas leakage. The volume ofchamber and size of samples shelves are custom-made. It can contain about 60alarms. The controller control high speed valve to inject quantitative highconcentration gas into chamber and the gas stirred by circulating fan to gethomogeneous test gas in certain concentration. That gas will be test gas forresponse test or threshold setting of gas alarm product. The circulating fanand porous plate are also specially arranged to get uniform test gas and avoidthe high concentrating gas getting into alarm directly during gas injection.

On the top ofchamber, the inlet and outlet and exhaust fan are controlled by PLC to exchangeair in chamber.

1.       CH4/CO gas controller

1)  Adjust precision flow control valve manually

2)  Set the gas valve open time and inject gas with precision time control.

3)  The gas was injected in to chamber in short time and mix quickly. Itis easy to count response time of alarm

4)  Control precision: +/-5ppm for CO
