Material Properties: Jinan Zhongfu 1 Series Aluminum Sheets (1050/1060/1100/1200/1350) are high-purity pure aluminum products, combining exceptional electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and superior corrosion resistance. Composed of aluminum with a purity of ≥99.0%, they deliver more stable conductive and thermal transfer performance than 3-series Al-Mn alloy aluminum sheets, while maintaining excellent ductility and formability for diverse processing needs. Their work-hardened tempers (H12/H14/H16/H18) can reach a Brinell hardness of 65–75, striking a perfect balance between strength and malleability. With outstanding resistance to weak acids, weak alkalis and atmospheric corrosion, these aluminum sheets ensure long-term durability, making them ideal for indoor and mild outdoor applications (especially in electronics, packaging and architectural decoration sectors) across multiple industries. They are easy to process through cutting, bending, welding, and surface treatments (such as anodizing, polishing and color coating), meeting diverse customization requirements for different scenarios.
