Tension leveler is an equipment that produces plastic extension of strip under the combined action of tension and continuous alternating bending, so as to obtain better correction effect. Two tension rollers are equipped on the inlet and outlet sides of the roll straightening unit to make the tension stable and reduce fluctuation, the tension of strip is amplified under the action of the tension roller group, the straightening unit is in the form of two rows of bending straightening components and balancing roller device, the strip is subjected to alternating deformation in the bending deformation zone of the first stage, so that the residual deformation of each part of the strip is evenly distributed, the residual deformation disappears in the second stage of straightening, so that various three-dimensional shape defects are corrected and mechanical properties of the strip are improved.

Scale breaker is used to eliminate all kinds of three-dimensional plate shape defects such as bilateral wave, unilateral wave, middle wave, two-rib wave, warping, buckling and potential bad plate shape.

In the process of calendaring strip, the above-mentioned plate shape defects will be occurred in the coiled strip due to bad roll shape and roll gap shape. These defects are caused by the uneven longitudinal extension of the rolled piece in width direction and the disorder of rolling stress. In order to eliminate the bad shape of the coiled strip and make the internal stress tend to be uniform, the coiled strip needs to be corrected.
