1. Usage and scope of application
This production line is mainly used in coating chain such as elevator balance chain and elevator compensation chain, etc. 
Our company can produce machine not only for normal compensating chain plastic coating, but also for wholly plastic compensating chain.
2. Machine composition & characteristics
Production flow chart: Chain preparation→ pre-heating → single screw extruder → forming mould →  tractor → product inspection and packing.

3. Principle of compensation chain:

Generally used on the elevator, the structure for the chain wrapped in PVC rubber composite, is used to compensate for the weight of the elevator stable operation. When the elevator at the top, steel wire rope on the heavy side to side more than the steel wire rope; when the elevator at the bottom, wire rope in the car side of the car side on the steel wire rope. The compensation chain can balance the gap, to compensate dynamic balance with the steel wire rope weight, along with the elevator up and down movement, will produce dynamic imbalance, so only use compensation chain. Is generally more than 30m to compensation chain.
