Our quality control department is unmatched in equipment assurance. We use non-contact computerized inspection machines with an accuracy of up to 1 part in 50 million, as well as other equipment and measuring tools to verify that parts are dimensional correct. Our highly skilled inspectors perform first article, work in progress, and final inspections. All processes are documented from start to finish. We can submit a certification package with the part shipment or submit it electronically. All parts are labeled with the customer name, part number and revision, purchase order and line number, and are packaged in a manner that provides maximum protection during shipping.
