Product characteristics

1.The main body of the vessel is welded by plasma automatic welding,design pressure is -0. 1~0.3MPa, which meets the relevant national pressure vessel standards ,ensure safe use ,Box body weld 100%RTⅢI grade inspection qualified;

2.The sealed door adopts electric lifting and compressed gas sealing technology, which is safe interlocking, single door single seal (different areas are isolated from each other);

3.The sterilizer has mechanically forced vacuum and gravity sweeping displacement technology, using saturated steam to pressure sterilize a variety of items

4.The high temperature gas is condensed or mixed and cooled by the heat exchanger, and vacuum air return system adopts 0.22μm sterilization filter

5.Two-way steam inlet, pure steam inlet in the inner layer, and the pipeline and valve are made of 316L material; Interlayer into industrial steam, sanitary stainless steel pipeline

6.The control system adopts PLC、 touch screen and micro printer. The control system is stable and accurate

7.It has perfect data recording, printing and saving functions, and can print temperature, time and pressure curves
