Product Description:

1. Automatic cleaning function: built-in cleaning brush, automatic cleaning cycle can be preset within 1-999 hours, and the discharge emitter can be automatically cleaned with one button
2. Adopting high-frequency AC ionization technology: It produces a large number of positive and negative ions and a good balance. It can blow off the surface dust while neutralizing the electrostatic surface, suitable for fast-moving and uneven objects
3. Good environmental compatibility: built-in shielding, no electromagnetic interference, can meet the production process of different electronic assembly, semiconductor packaging, flat panel display and life technology

Instrument Function Description:

1. When the ambient humidity is high, residual voltage deviation may occur, and it is best to use it at a humidity of about 50%RH
2. Connect the power supply:
    a. Insert the DC24V power output plug into the corresponding position behind the ion fan
    b. Connect the AC100-240V plug to the indoor power outlet
3. Powered:
    a. Press the POWER to start the machine
    b. The ionizer fan H.V and FAN indicator lights are green, and the equipment is normal
4. Air volume adjustment:
    a. The fan has seven adjustable wind speeds. When F01-F07 is displayed, select the appropriate wind speed by pressing the + /- button (the higher the wind speed, the faster the static elimination)

The H1201SAC ionizer must achieve <±10V balance and <1.5 sec decay per ANSI/ESD S20.20. Mount within 150 mm of target surfaces in electronics or packaging lines; clean emitters regularly and validate performance quarterly with a charged plate monitor. (for reference only)
