1.Wide application range: it is suitable for all intermittent asphalt mixingequipment of M5000 type and below.

Onthe electrical control, we design the electric interlock between the stonedischarge (asphalt) signal and the pellet feeder, which can prevent thephenomenon of less addition, more addition and leakage effectively. Equippedwith a concise fault sound and light alarm, convenient to find and deal withthe fault timely. In addition, it is also equipped with special signalconnection input to realize the linkage of control signals from various mixingmachines at home and abroad, and can be connected to 24v-220v control voltage.

4.The discharging hole of the cellulose fiber feeder extends to the work chutesin the mixing cylinder, add a guide corner , and an external material bin canalso be installed for instant feeding. 6.High metering accuracy: the conveying volume of asphalt modifier is adjustablefrom 1 kg to 40Kg each time, the metering accuracy is ±0.2%, and thecalibration accuracy can reach ±0.05%.

7.Intuitive and convenient operation: the machine is equipped with IOP LCD screenand printing interface, which is convenient to set working parameters anddisplay operating procedures and fault monitoring tips timely.

9.Easyinstallation: the equipment is assembled on a single chassis.
