CO2 laser cutting engraving machine is a CNC laser machine that uses CO2 laser to engrave and cut wood, MDF, plywood, chipboard, dieboard, cardborad, acrylic, fabric, jeans, plastic, leather, paper, ABS, EPM, PE, PES, PUR, PVB, PVC, PUR, PMMA, PTFE and thin metals, which is widely used in industrial manufacturing applications, school education, small businesses, home business, small shop and home shop. A CO2 laser cutter is composed of laser cutter frame, laser cutting head, laser lens, laser mirror, laser generator, laser power supply, water chiller, control panel and CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) system. 1. Professional Working Table: Honeycomb or Strip work table for you to choose, use imported stable aluminum material, can meet the needs of diversified laser procession.

2. Aluminum alloy crossbeam&laser head, import focus lens. Stepper motor&belt transmission, laser head height adjustable, RDCAM control system. 

3. Taiwan Made Ball Screw Rod: The motorized up and down table adopt Taiwan “HIWIN” brand high precision ball screw rod and high accuracy linear running guide rail, can improve the precision and accuracy of machine.

4. Red Light Pointer Function: As laser light is invisible, and the red light pointer of the pvc laser cutter can realize the exact position of laser beam.

5. Special Front and back running-through design 30-50mm height, Co2 laser cutters can make a unique door for the limitless engraved materials come through from front into back side, easy to put material through.

6. Laser Beam Stop when Opening Machine Cover: We design a special function to stop the laser beam come out when operator open the machine’s cover. So that ensure operator won’t be hurt by laser beam, safe for operator. Other company don’t have such design, so it will hurt operator sometime when using it.

7.Adopt imported USA laser optic lens. The lens of less energy loss, high reflectivity, strong focusing and durable. Optical less losses in the transmission process to avoid the problems of large attenuation of laser cutting power.
