HD-t100b tractor-mounted hydraulic drilling rig for creating boreholes in agricultural, geotechnical, and light construction applications.

1、 HD-T100B Drilling rig choose four-wheel drive tractor chassis. It can drill to any stratum anywhere it can reach. It also moves fast like the truck-mounted drills and high cross-country ability like the caterpillar track-mounted drills, perfect mobility and cross-country ability, high efficiency, wide usefully.
2、 Drilling rig equipped with power swivel with two function of air and water drilling and vehicle-mounted air compressor (or quick-replaceable mud pump). Applicable to drilling in loose gravel, mud flat, marsh, grasslands, mountain front, gobi and hills such areas.
3、 The hydraulic system is powered from the rear PTO shaft of the chassis engine. Air compressor (Mud pump) is powered from the front PTO of the chassis engine. Reduce energy transformation loss. High efficient and functional. Electromagnetic clutch is used to control the power transmission.
4、 Drilling method includes air drilling, DTH hammer drilling, mud drilling(option), auger drilling and casing drilling (with casing puller). Adapt to different drilling operation with relative drilling method. Max mud drilling depth can up to 100m. Max air drilling depth is 40 meters.
5、 New model design of power swivel that circulation drilling fluid and bearing chamber are separate reduces damage probability of bearing.
6、 Turbo-charge design to chassis engine can make up the power loss in plateau area. So the drilling rig has stronger adaptability.
