Lab Pure Air Generator – Dry Oil-Free Compressor for Gas Chromatography (GC) Use

Lab pure air generator using dry, oil-free compression technology to supply carrier gas for gas chromatography (GC) systems.

AG-2000 lab air generator compressor, could use for nitrogen generator. It could be used in oil, chemical, coal, pharmaceutical, power, university laboratory for research.

1) The instrument has a secondary over voltage protection device and an over temperature automatic control device. When the gas pressure exceeds the set value or the compressor can reach a temperature of 80℃, the automatic control system automatically turns off the power supply.

2) The instrument has a constant pressure starter to extend compressor life

3) The purification system uses silica gel 10x and activated carbon to effectively remove impurities and moisture from the air to ensure the purity of the output gas.

4) The gas path system uses two-stage voltage regulation to improve the stability of the gas source.

5) The instrument is equipped with an automatic drain valve to reduce water accumulation in the tank
