2BV (SKA) series vacuum pumps are suitable for pumping gas and water vapor, and the suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). Protect the pump, if equipped with an atmospheric injector, the suction pressure can reach 10mbar. The ejector can be installed directly on the vacuum pump. When used as a compressor, its pressure is up to 0.26Mpa (absolute pressure). Water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are widely used in petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar industry and other fields. Since the gas compression process is isothermal during the working process, it is not easy to compress and pump flammable and explosive gases. Dangerous, its application is more extensive.
Structure and features:
The machine-pump coaxial direct connection design saves space and is easy to install. The mechanical seal is used as a standard configuration, which eliminates leakage and is easy to maintain; the operation is stable and the noise can be as low as 62 decibels; Uniform corrosion-resistant design, bronze impeller improves the corrosion resistance of the pump, and stainless steel is more suitable for more harsh working environments; The unique flexible exhaust port design will not produce overcompression, ensuring the best efficiency of 2BV within its performance range.
